ORDER ARRIVAL

Arrival time is not guaranteed. Please purchase an upgraded shipping option for an additional charge. For major metropolitan areas orders shipped via USPS 2-3 day priority will arrive in approximately 2 days. Orders outside major metropolitan areas will arrive in approximately 3 days.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Items purchased from our marketplace are eligible for a full refund within 15 days of purchase.

You will have up to 30 days after items have been purchased to exchange for anything else on our website.

Items that are marked Final Sale are not elgibale for return or refund under any circumstance.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact our customer service department immediately.

RETURN AND EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed with original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition.

*** please be careful when trying the items on. Make sure to not get deodorant, makeup or other substance on garments.

HOW TO SEND YOUR RETURNS OR EXCHANGES BACK

To ship an item back to us. please:

1) Indicate on your invoice whether you are exchanging or returning.

2) For exchanges, please indicate the desired style & size. We recommend you contact customer service to play your exchange on hold so that it is available to ship back to you while we await your package return. Please call or send an email with the order number, the item and the size you would like to be placed on hold.

3) Pack your items and invoice into a USPS priotrity bag or box and affix the prepaid mailing label to the outside.
